Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GTMomentum Inc. ("GTMomentum", "we", "us") in Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law. This policy covers gtmomentum.com only; The Founder's Sales Engine™ (TFSE) and The Sales Rep's Engine™ (TSRE) are separate offerings governed by their own privacy policies on tfse.biz and tsre.biz.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number;
- Your company and what you are trying to fix or grow;
- Any other details you include in your message or booking.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the analytics we use may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and contact you about working together;
- Schedule and conduct calls you book with us;
- Provide, operate, and improve our services and this website;
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form or book a call, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 6).
3. Service providers and international storage
We use trusted third-party providers to run the website and handle hosting, form submissions, scheduling, email, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. They include:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and bot protection (Turnstile);
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and Google Calendar appointment scheduling (the "Book a call" booking page);
- PostHog, Inc. — product and usage analytics;
- Zapier, Inc. — routing and automating form submissions;
- Resend — transactional and email delivery.
Some of these providers, and the servers they use, may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by their courts and authorities.
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, with your consent, or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
5. Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you;
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
To make a request, email us. We will respond within the timeframes required by PIPEDA.
7. Security and spam protection
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may run silently in the background and collect limited device and usage signals to confirm you are a human rather than a bot. Your use of forms on this site that are protected by Turnstile is also governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies needed to function, plus analytics that load only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, the analytics below do not load. You can also control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.
- PostHog (PostHog, Inc., United States), routed through our own subdomain, uses cookies and local storage to record product and behavioral events (for example clicking "Book a call" or submitting the contact form), may capture how you interact with pages, and processes your IP address.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures traffic and usage.
When you open the "Book a call" booking window, the Google Calendar scheduling page is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy; Google may set cookies and collect data as part of providing that booking page.
9. Children
This site and our services are intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
