Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GTMomentum Inc. (“GTMomentum”, “we”, “us”) in Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects your personal information across our websites: gtmomentum.com; tfse.biz, home of The Founder’s Sales Engine™ (“TFSE”); and techsalesrepsengine.com (formerly thesalesrepsengine.com and tsre.biz), home of The Tech Sales Rep’s Engine™ (“TSRE”) (each a “Website”). The same policy applies on every Website. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

By accessing a Website or using our services, you also agree to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated into this Policy by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Use regarding the handling of personal information, this Policy governs. The TSRE Platform has its own Privacy Policy (see Section 3).

1. Information we collect

When you contact us, book a call, submit an application, or request a downloadable resource, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

When you visit a Website, our hosting provider and the analytics we use may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and how long you spend on a page. Our analytics also record a session replay of how you interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, and navigation), with the text you type masked. To recognize returning visits, we store a random first-party identifier in your browser’s local storage; it is not a cookie and it is not shared with anyone.

Separately, on gtmomentum.com and techsalesrepsengine.com, if you follow a personalized link we sent you, we set a first-party cookie named gtm_id that identifies you specifically. It is set at the moment you follow that link (it is what makes your personalized page work), lasts up to one year, applies across that Website, and is included with the page views we record so we can associate your visits with you for our own follow-up. You can remove it at any time by clearing that Website’s cookies and local storage. It is first-party, is never sold, and is not used for advertising. This helps us keep the Websites secure and understand how they are used.

On tfse.biz, if you follow a personalized link we sent you, the identifier in that link is saved in your browser’s local storage (no cookie is set). It identifies you specifically, is included with the page views we record so we can recognize your visits and associate them with you for our own follow-up, and may be used to personalize the page for you. You can remove it at any time by clearing tfse.biz’s local storage. It is first-party, is never sold, and is not used for advertising.

2. How we use your information

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form or book a call, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 6).

3. Service providers and international storage

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Websites and handle hosting, form submissions, scheduling, email, text messaging, automation, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. They include:

Some of these providers, and the servers they use, may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by their courts and authorities.

Website chat. If you use the chat button on a Website, the messages you type — and any name, email address, or other details you choose to include — are relayed through a small chat service we operate on Cloudflare and delivered to us in Slack, where they are kept alongside the record of your visit so we can reply. A copy of the conversation is also stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you come back; clearing your browser data removes it.

The TSRE Platform. If you are accepted into TSRE, the program itself is delivered on the TSRE Platform (platform.techsalesrepsengine.com), a system we built and operate ourselves, running on Cloudflare. Your account and the personal information you provide there are handled under the Platform’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you accept when you first sign in and which name the additional providers used to run its features. Those documents govern the Platform; this policy governs the Websites.

4. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, with the providers named in the TSRE Platform’s own Privacy Policy if you join TSRE, with your consent, or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security and spam protection

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may run silently in the background and collect limited device and usage signals to confirm you are a human rather than a bot. Your use of forms on the Websites that are protected by Turnstile is also governed by Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser localStorage) in two categories. Strictly necessary items are needed for the Websites to function and stay secure (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile). We also use the analytics tools listed below, which load when you visit a Website. They are disclosed here, are never sold, and are not used for advertising.

Separately, we run our own first-party, privacy-light analytics (the page you view, the referring site, your approximate location, and time on page, plus a random local-storage identifier to recognize returning visits) to operate, secure, and improve the Websites. This is first-party only and is never sold or used for advertising. It does not set a cookie of its own; the only cookie involved is the gtm_id personalized-link cookie described in Section 1, which, when present, is sent with these page views (on tfse.biz, the personalized-link identifier described in Section 1 is kept in local storage instead and is sent with these page views in the same way).

You can limit or remove these at any time by clearing a Website’s cookies and localStorage or by blocking cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.

We also load webfonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States). Serving the fonts involves a request to Google that may expose your IP address to Google for that purpose. When you open the “Book a call” booking window on gtmomentum.com, the Google Calendar scheduling page is loaded from Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy; Google may set cookies and collect data as part of providing that booking page.

9. Video and share links

Some pages on techsalesrepsengine.com embed video hosted at vid-host.pages.dev, which we operate. If you arrive from a personalized share link (a URL containing ?vh_share=...), we store a first-party cookie named vh_share (valid for up to one year) and a matching value in your browser’s local storage. While that identifier is present, we associate your video activity (play events, watch duration, and watch percentage) and limited technical data (a one-way hashed IP address that is never stored in raw form, your browser user-agent, and the page URL and title) with that share link. This is used internally to understand which shares drive engagement. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. To opt out, clear the Website’s cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

10. Children

The Websites and our services and programs are intended for adults (18 and over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us a mobile phone number, we may send you transactional and service text messages (SMS) about your inquiry, application, and participation — for example, application follow-ups, appointment reminders and confirmations, and account or service notices. We send these messages through GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) using A2P 10DLC messaging.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in (consent) data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
